Our theatre arts programs are sure to ignite the spark in your heart! Sunshine Players is the first stop for all new performers ages 3-5 years where we learn to love pretending as well as some basic theatre, dance or vocal, techniques. Next level theatre students, StoryTime Players. We have a special package for this group, Triple Threat package, includes classes in Theatre, music lessons, and they can choose to focus on dance in our Broadway Dance combo class; perfect for any triple threat or they can get more specific with training in Jazz, tap, or ballet only. ! They will also spend time rehearsing for their performance each week during their theatre time. StoryBook Players theatre class meets Thursdays 4:00 to 6:00. StoryTime Players Theatre
Tuesday’s 5:15-6:30
This is where your spark is kindled and dreams take flight! You will learn skills that not only help you perform better on stage, but also will improve your confidence in the classroom, community and among friends! We’re building good character on a strong foundation while learning the art of Theatre! Skills like teamwork, critical thinking, and public speaking are all very important in life.
All costumes, props, scripts are included in tuition: no surprise fee’s!
StoryBook Players : intermediate level theatre, ages 14-18
StoryBook Players
Tuesdays and Thursdays 4pm -6pm. Intermediate level theatre, where we fan the flames as we deep dive into character development, advanced audition techniques, psychology of blocking, and where we fan the flames of our teen theatre thespians.
You can click the button above to sign your actor up for an audition spot for our Spring Production, Swan Lake Musical. We rehearse Thursdays 4-6pm for ages 5-12 years, older students can audition by appointment - much of what we learn is progressive, it’s more than a show or rehearsal for a show.
Performance Dates are June 18th and 19th
Rehearsals are at Building Block School for the arts. 1309 S. Main Street Columbia TN
Mandatory Dress/Tech rehearsals June 9,10,11 and June 16,17,18 from 4-6pm
Cost is $45 per month and scholarships are available.
