About us:

Our Characters have gone through at least 2 years of acting classes as well as specific training for their character to bring you the most authentic and wonder-filled experience. We want you to feel like your dreams really do come true.

Below you will find some things that will help you in requesting your character or booking your party with us.

**Payment is due at booking. Partial Refund is given with 7 days notice of event . 6 days - 24 hours we will reschedule your event as per availability of the character and BBSA, No refunds are given if less than 24 hours notice.

**Our character host will help you with our character to help ensure a most delightful experience and picture perfect moments.

**Our characters cannot stay longer than the 60 minute time allotted. We gather the guests for cake and ice cream, the perfect distraction, and our storybook characters will exit. If you’ve booked the farm experience, we will gather the kids and guests inside for cake and ice cream at the end of the party. The zoo will leave at that time.

**For events booked at The Building Block School for the Arts the host may have 30 min before or after party to arrange your things. $50 per 30 min is charged for an over time guests are occupying the space.

**our characters are precisely on time, never early and never late, they arrive precisely when they are meant to. (please don’t request that our characters arrive before the party starts)
